Oyster with white wine gel and yuzu.
Foie gras terrine with apple blackberry jam and brioche.
Mushroom and celeriac “lasagna”.
Lobster, fennel barley ragout and saffron hollandaise lobster bisque.
Loin of venison roasted in aromatic butter parsnip texture and venison jus with long pepper.
Slowly roasted duck breast, duck legs confit, carrots, and port sauce.
