Bartender

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender, who will provide a great experience to the customers who enjoy our drinks. A good bartender can create classic and innovative drinks, exceeding the needs and expectations of customers. The fee includes salary and tips. The salary is negotiable and depends on experience.

  • CV and proven work experience as a Bartender
  • Excellent knowledge of creating cocktails, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Computer knowledge
  • Knowledge of a Russian language will be considered an additional qualification
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain an organized and clean bar, with all the necessary supplies
  • Relevant training certificate

 

  • Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the customers of the bar and restaurant
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks
  • Assessment of needs and preferences of customers and proposal of the respective drinks
  • Mixing ingredients for making cocktails
  • Design and presentation of the bar menu

Waiter

We are looking for a competent Restaurant waiter to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. The salary is negotiable and depends on experience.

  • Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
  • Hands-on experience in cashier duties

  • High school diploma is a plus but not required

Assistrant Cook

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele. The salary is negotiable and depends on experience.

  • Proven experience as cook
  • Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
  • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Very good communication skills
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
  • Cook food in various utensils or grillers
  • Check food while cooking to stir or turn
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
